Perseroan terus memanfaatkan peluang pertumbuhan di sektor diagnostik medis melalui pendekatan komersial yang berfokus pada solusi teknologi kesehatan bernilai tinggi. Lini produk Perseroan, yang diantaranya adalah Newborn Screening, Tuberculosis (TB), Human Papillomavirus (HPV), serta beberapa produk unggulan lainnya mencatat pertumbuhan yang sangat signifikan sepanjang tahun 2025. Kinerja perseroan 2025 Pada tahun 2025, Perseroan telah membukukan pendapatan sebesar Rp199,29 miliar, meningkat 34,99% dibandingkan tahun 2024 sebesar Rp147,64 miliar. Dua lini bisnis yang dimiliki Perseroan pada tahun 2025 memberikan kontribusi, masing-masing segmen Medis sekali pakai dan habis pakai sebesar 93,33?n segmen Diagnostik dan peralatan sebesar 6,67%, terhadap pertumbuhan pendapatan tahun 2025. Pencapaian operasional juga tercatat pada peningkatan dengan laba bersih sebesar 357,50%, menjadi Rp13,51 miliar pada tahun 2025 dibandingkan dengan Rp2,95 miliar pada tahun 2024. Dengan aset Perseroan yang juga tumbuh sebesar 12,08%, menjadi Rp228,19 miliar pada tahun 2025 dibandingkan dengan Rp203,60 miliar pada tahun 2024, mencerminkan fundamental bisnis yang stabil serta pengelolaan operasional yang efektif. Prospek usaha Memasuki tahun 2026, Perseroan memandang industri alat kesehatan di Indonesia masih memiliki potensi pertumbuhan yang kuat seiring meningkatnya kebutuhan layanan kesehatan, penguatan sistem kesehatan nasional, serta meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap layanan diagnostik yang berkualitas melalui beberapa langkah strategi diantaranya yakni: Penguatan Portofolio Produk dan Inovasi Teknologi; Ekspansi Jaringan Distribusi Nasional Pada tahun 2026; Eksplorasi dan Penetrasi Segmen Baru. Pandangan Dewan Komisaris Dewan Komisaris mencermati bahwa tahun 2025 merupakan periode penuh peluang sekaligus tantangan bagi sektor kesehatan, khususnya pada pasar alat kesehatan. Kondisi ekonomi makro nasional yang lebih stabil, didukung oleh daya beli masyarakat yang terjaga, memberikan iklim yang kondusif bagi pertumbuhan Perseroan. Kami menilai bahwa pasar sektor kesehatan semakin baik, yang didukung rencana strategis Kementerian Kesehatan tahun 2025-2029, yang salah satunya memberi potensi tumbuh pada pasar alat kesehatan produksi dalam negeri.
