PT UBC Medical Indonesia Officially Appoints a New Operational Director

PT UBC Medical Indonesia Tbk held its General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) on December 30, 2025, as part of the Company’s commitment to strengthening good corporate governance and ensuring sustainable business growth. Through this GMS, the Company officially appointed dr. Yudha Indrawirawan, SpPK as the new Operational Director of PT UBC Medical Indonesia. dr. Yudha Indrawirawan is a Clinical Pathology specialist, graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia (FKUI), with extensive experience in medical services, hospital management, and healthcare business development. Prior to his appointment, he served as Business Development & Medical Affairs Manager and General Manager of PT UBC Medical Indonesia Tbk, and previously held a leadership role as Medical Services Manager at RSU MMA Jakarta. With his background and extensive experience, dr. Yudha Indrawirawan, SpPk is expected to play an active role in optimizing operational processes, enhancing service quality, and driving efficiency and innovation across all business lines of the Company. His appointment is also expected to support the vision and mission of PT UBC Medical Indonesia Tbk in delivering high-quality medical device solutions that are aligned with the needs of the national healthcare system.
